The 249″ display which measures 6.11m x 1.83m with a thickness of 3cm, is the first to be installed in a worldwide corporate contract won by distributor AMF and manufacturer QSTECH.
A 249″ 32:9 all-in-one LED display has been installed in an office which previously had a Polycom immersive telepresence set-up at a major corporation in France.
The installation at the Paris office was the first in a worldwide contract awarded to French distributor AMF and Chinese Led display manufacturer QSTECH..
The correspondence in size between the new LED display and the previous Polycom telepresence furniture allowed for limited modifications to take place. The installation also only took two days and included colour calibration by a team in Shenzhen.
The LED display is 6.11m x 1.83m with a thickness of 3cm and is said to be the first 249″ all-in-One LED from QSTECH to be in use in France and the first to to be used with the Front Row layout in Microsoft Teams Rooms.
Writing on LinkedIn, AMF sales director Vivien Caillette, said: “For connoisseurs, a 32:9 Front Row layout doesn’t exist yet, but thanks to the integrated cutout on our QSTECH AIOs, we are able to manage the screen as if there were two. We split the screen into two parts of 1920×1080, each with its own HDMI input – this is simply done with a remote control. It’s transparent for the user and the rendering is just great!.”
